Applicants for both positions should be committed, reliable, offer a “can do” attitude to all working challenges and be fit & able bodied due to some heavy lifting involved.
Warehouse Operative – The role covers a variety of warehouse duties including stock control, order picking, unloading/loading lorries & some material processing. Previous experience is not essential for suitable applicants as full training will be given. Forklift experience and computer knowledge is preferable, but not essential.
HGV Driver – All applicants must be licensed to HGV Class 2 (18t) or have extensive 7.5t multi-drop delivery experience. The role will include loading/unloading lorries and some other warehouse duties. Must have a digital tachograph card and CPC card. Forklift experience is preferable, but not essential.
Hours of work would be 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Friday, with opportunity for overtime. Salary will be dependent on experience.
